We have perhaps the finest
quality storage facility in the Bay Area. We only use top quality
storage vaults with each containing 20 clean white blankets to wrap
your furniture and large items. All fragile, non stackable items are
in boxes. We have first class security and spray for pests once a
week. We also have limited self storage and specially made overflow
racks to keep your sofas in top condition.

to your residence or business location, which are then loaded and
brought directly back to our warehouse. They are not touched again
until you have us deliver the goods to you. This saves double handling
which protects your belongings and saves you money. In addition, we
can have your goods delivered anywhere in the country or the world.

Computerized System
Our state of the art computer
system keeps track of your records. We use a bar coded label system
with scanners to eliminate errors. Just a few keystrokes will locate
an individual record storage box or file. Every box stored with Marin
Worldwide Moving & Storage is given an individual bar code label.
You are given transmittal forms which list the individual boxes, the
contents of the box and the bar code number. It's actually more efficient
for most people than on their own premises.
Pickup and Delivery
We can pick up your boxes when
you are ready to store them. We can also deliver boxes or individual
files from your boxes, as you need them. If time is critical, we can
even fax them to you.
File Tracking
File tracking is also available.
When we remove a file, at your request, we can immediately place a
bar coded label on it so that it can be tracked through its travels.
Reports
Upon request we will supply
you with reports of past and present activity of your records. The
reports can include individual or groups of files/boxes. Upon your
request we offer the following reports:
- All boxes on the system
- All boxes currently out of the warehouse
- New boxes added this month
- Boxes returned to storage this month
- Boxes permanently removed from storage for the current month
- File folders: in the warehouse, accessed or returned for the
current month
- All files in the system
- All information on any past or present box or file activity
Security
Passwords can be chosen for
the company and/or for individual departments. Another option is a
signature sheet listing only the names of those people with the authority
to access or inquire about your records.
